Program Registration & Cancellation Policy

To register for a camp program, a $100 nonrefundable deposit per program holds your spot. When you register for a program, you are responsible for full payment. Special cases are reviewed.

Full payment due June 1st so on drop off day, we can focus 100% on your camper.

Due to planning purposes a $50 transaction fee is assessed for program transfers after June 1st.  Refunds are not given after June 1st, due to planning purposes. 

Cancellation requests should be made in writing and sent to the main office:

If approved, refunds will arrive within 60 days.
